The girl was begging to sign up for one year service worth $365.00. I signed up with the intention to help. Unfortunately, i made a mistake. Very disappointed withing the very first couple of services. The first service (they claimed it free) was very quick and the spray they used was mostly watery. Terrible! I tried to cancel service within a 3 day cancel time but couldn't manage to get through. Very hard to get through by phone. Hour wait on hold then finally an automated message for call back but twice I never received callback. July 31 st I checked my mailbox and found a receipt for service rendered July 30 but July 30 my husband and I spent whole day doing yard work and nobody showed up from this company to spray our yard. Received excellent service one again. Christopher was very thorough as well as friendly and polite.
Rude and aggressive sales people. Today one came up and was not wearing a mask. Doesn't matter what you think about Masks. I do not care to get sick because of your negligence. If I wesar a mask it is for your sales people and not me. The other way around on the other hand. No mask knocking at my door alone is a deal stopper at this time. Adam was exceptionally polite and greeted us with a smile. He asked if we had special problems deserving extra attention. He maintained proper social distancing, got right to work, was done before we knew it and checked out with us before he left. Seemed like a guy who enjoyed his job. C & D R*****
They came to my door and the one speaking was being a smart ass. So I told him we’re done,bye and closed the door on him.
absolute crooks , no mention of a contract or continuing obligation by sales person, falsely claim you are under contract, and want a cancelation fee
Nathaniel was very attentive to the areas where I demonstrated we've had issues and addressed those areas as well as taking care of the whole home. I received a notification he was coming and arrived as indicated. He was very kind and courteous. This was my first treatment so it was nice to see him working to address my homes needs. Thank for a very professional service.
They charged for services not ever done. I was home all day today waiting for them to come out. Then I get an email stating they had provided services today. Looked through our ring to see if somehow I missed them but they never came by the front door.
