What a terrible experience. Our service started off great, in regards to the first appointment, as we had bees in our rafters. We called, set up a contract, and they came out and took care of the problem. This was the ONLY good experience we had with them within a 8-12 month service. Beginning with calling their phone support, you will find long wait times. These wait times average between 15-30 minutes. What is also frustrating is their system will act as if it picks up about 15 minutes through, just to go back on hold. Som... read more

The sales guy told me they would guarantee to eliminate all the ants and crickets. Within the first week, I killed about 30 crickets and have been fighting the ants every day. I have scheduled twice for their so-called complimentary return service. They didn't show up twice. Don't waste your money, its all a scam. To get your business they contact you right away and return calls. I call the support line, wait hours, and no one answers. I have the system call me back and nothing. This service is completely ineffective and customer service is awful! We've had them for over a year and I can't say they ever seem to reduce the number of ants and spiders we see in our home. In fact, after the last time they sprayed, we've never seen so many spiders in our home! It was terrible. Not to mention, they gave us no advanced warning they were coming. I was very impressed with the professional service provided by Garrett and Iizayah as well as their knowledge and ability which gave me me confidence in the service provided by Aptive. While I am a newer customer, I have been extremely pleased each time.

Miguel was very polite and greeted us with a smile. He asked if we had special problems deserving extra attention. He maintained proper social distancing, got right to work, was done before we knew it and checked out with us before he left. Seemed like a guy who enjoyed his job.

BEWARE, do not waste your time or money with Aptive! Honestly, this company doesn't deserve a star. I've had nothing but issues since they "convinced" me to sign up for their services on May 29, 2020. I'm having major issues with Spiders at my house, inside and outside. So when I finally got ahold of someone to cancel they indicated they could do a re-service with a different solution. I stupidly agreed to this and the service was worse than the previous times. Jacob was exceptional! He went above and beyond to help clear out the spider issues outside of our house. He was professional and provided great customer service.
