This is definitely the worst company I have ever had service with! All they cared about was the sale they made. After the sale was made, they have not been helpful. Scheduling my appointment wrong, not showing up for appointments. Finally showed up and Erick did a horrible straying my house hold. I was recruited to Aptive by a salesperson named Jake who sold me on their mosquito treatments. It was listed on his iPad menu of services, verbally explained, and confirmed through text. APTIVE DOES NOT ACTUALLY treat mosquitos. I am very upset by the experience and am requesting a full refund and cancellation of my account. This company uses deceptive sales practices which need to be investigated. When you call to reach a representative, you are on hold for an extremely lengthy period. This is a ridiculous scam.

This company does nothing but lie.Do not use them.The guy comes around on a 2 wheel scooter.He went over the basics for the plan.He stated that his notebook was having issues so I can't read the contract, he will send you a copy to your email.they say they will make a start visit which is $49.00.and every three months afterwards it is $99.00 dollars. If I could give negative stars I would. Signed up in June. Had service done and bc we were not home we were told the tech would return to do the inside. Never came, called, emailed. The promised July service never happened. Then- we got an email telling us that our quarterly was due. We’ve been trying to call because we had ants and other things inside but to no avail. This Aptive service is very difficult/impossible to cancel. They don't allow customers to close account by email or on their website. I have to call them several times to cancel a service and close my account. First, the customer service line is very "busy" so the wait time is more than 30 minutes; Second, when I finally get connected to a real person, I was told that I need to speak with their "loyalty" team to close my account; then I was put in another round of waiting for a long time but nobody answered. Worse company do not get there services. It is a scam. They will make sure to knock on the door the first time to sign the initial paperwork and get the first payment deducted from your account to start the automatic payments. The crazy part is they will start taking payments after without showing up to do the work and all they do is give you an excuse after excuse. Miguel did a great job including calling me before he arrived, respecting coronavirus restrictions such as wearing a face covering and not entering the house, spraying the perimeter of the house and the shed, sweeping the webs from the eaves, inspecting glue traps previously left in my basement, giving me new traps to place in the basement, and most importantly explaining things to me and answering my questions. Miguel acted in a professional and hard working manner.
