They are as bad as it gets. Their "route manager" a Mr. Jimdin P. got my confused elderly mother to sign a contract to treat her home for "bugs" over the course of the year by nocking on her door despite a no solicitations sign being right out front. I only found out about this by being at her house when one of their techs was leaving. I told the man to never come back, that I am an expert in ecological systems and I plant native plants to bring in "the bugs" and their products sprayed around the house kill these much needed... read more

This company out of Nashville is a complete JOKE! They talked my husband out of our agreement with Cook's Pest Control--that is a bazillion times better, and guaranteed great service, a pest-free environment, and an easy-to-use app (that NEVER works) to upload any pics of pest that come in after treatment (which they shouldn't, right??? What's the point?) so they can come right back out to retreat--liars. The guy came to our house and offered to try out their service. Was not satisfied with it. Now they want me to pay for the rest of the initial payment prior to canceling my account. The tablet they asked me to sign did not show any restriction and the person did not say anything
If it was not for my amazing sales person that originally sold me on Aptive named Andrew I would leave this company in a heartbeat! It seems to have everything to do with the scheduling. I gave them my business for three properties and either their timing is wrong or they accidentally cancel or they send it twice in a month somebody needs to get this right! Company of America did a great job and was very professional and conscientious of wearing gloves, a mask and booties while in my home.
Aptive responds quickly, always on time, great with communication. We are having a particular hard time with some wasps and they have been out several times for respraying, no questions asked. Kyle S****** was out today and he not only did a thorough job, but said he would stop by later today to check on activity in the nest.
