I have been with Aptive for a few years now. I am always pleased with their personable, professional work ethics. America! was a shinning star and did a very great job and was very considerate of the Covid-19 situation and did everything according to CDC. I would recommend Aptive to anyone that has annoying insects because of overhanging trees or any other conditions that attracts them. Very very unprofessional they did not spray my whole yard the area that they did not spray was infested with fleas and ticks so little did i know taking my dogs out they got infested and ended up with a 500$ bill from vetts office so then i called aptive to schedule another appointment they came out and they where in shock of the infestation and said it all could of been avoided if they would of done the job right by spraying whole yard like they told me they where going toSo i would not recommend this company at all and i h... read more

THIS COMPANY HIRES AND SUPPORTS EMPLOYEES CONDUCTING UNLAWFUL BUSINESS AND THEY DISREGARD YOUR CITY'S REGULATIONS. On June 22, 2020, one of your employees OSKAR P******* arrived at my home, identifying himself as a Route Manager, saying he was servicing other homes in the area. Our city requires a city solicitor's license to go door to door to make any sales. Before hearing his speech about APTIVE, I asked if he has a license, which he said he did. I asked to see it. I WAS a customer of aptive until a recent service call on July 30th. They came to spray, and serviced two rat traps they placed due to rodent problems. The following day I discovered my dog with the rat trap open chewing on rat poison. I immediately called poison control and rushed my dog to the vet. Fortunately our quick response saved her life. 1st qtr deal is a scam they return 2-3 wks later and charge u full price ..... I was never happy with 1st service. They do not completely treat around the house. Spiders, webs and ants all around the place. Salesperson was behaving as if they bring heaven and assured lot of things.

I’m giving a 1-star because zero is not an option. I am really frustrated with the customer service that I’ve received from active. I signed up with a door-to-door salesman to kill bugs and mosquitoes using supposedly an environmentally-friendly, pet-friendly solution. On Thursday, August 27, a technician came and sprayed around the house. That evening (and for the next 5 days), one of our dogs got sick with a very obvious eye irritation and we didn’t quite connect it to the pest control. Aptive double charged for their services. Their representative came to my no "solicitation neighborhood" October 2019, to seek our pest control service. He explained the products used were all organic which I was pleased to learn. The charge for the first quarter was $107.17. In November I was charged $107.17 again. He never explained that the first payment was an "initial" payment and when services began in November that I would be charged again! I have discontinued the service as this is a scam.

I guess i have to put 1 star cant put 0, Had appointment set, talked to sales rep got price settled, so the guy comes out to spray for the wasps, i look at contract it is not what was discussed much higher I told the guy what was discussed I even wrote it down so i wouldnt forget.i even had the guys phone number i spoke with. so the guy looks at it and says no thats not right and called the number i wrote down then said this is our customer service line so you dont want to do it I said No that is not what was discussed he sa... read more
