The only good thing about this company....they did show up in the time slot that was given. Other than that, i'm very disappointed. They didn't knock down all the cobwebs. They did not check patio furniture for spider egg sacks. They did not do the flea and tick treatment that was agreed upon when I signed up for service. I fired my last bug service because they were so sloppy and not thorough with their treatments, and this company is no better. Absolutely one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. Totally unprofessional, no clue. Contracted with them 4/30 for flea infestation. Technician showed up, sprayed the baseboards (fleas don't come from baseboards) and charged me for a quarterly contract. Said he would be back a week later. No show. My registered cat died 2 days later. Called management numerous times, hung up on by assistant, no one knows what the other is doing.
