We just received the first Aptive treatment by Nicolaas G*******. He was very professional and made sure I understood the procedures. He was very patient and willing to help with problem-solving as this was the initial treatment and there were some questions that needed to be resolved. Nicolaas arrived promptly, and was very thorough with the set up and application.
Tyrell was the service tech who did the outside treatment of our home. He did a very thorough job. LaDonna G
DON'T F-N BOTHER! The customer service has gone to shit and response times ..... Forget about it!! I've had techs out here the past 2 days(I've been trying to get them here for the past 8 days) .... This morning my place is CRAWLING! I've been a customer for possibly 2 years now and I am P*****! WTH!!? Over the past few days, I have spent way over 2 hours on hold! Willie and his trainee did a great job with our initial visit today. He explained what he was going to do, and even made sure to get into areas that seemed like they'd be more problematic. They were very clear about keeping pets out of treated areas until they were safe. Very polite, professional and friendly!
Shelby M was the technician on the call today. He had to treat for some bees that was near my security camera. Unfortunately I had to be away, so he called me to get exactly what I needed done and voiced his concerns about the camera.
I scheduled an appointment for new and continuing service. Waited all morning and re-arranged my schedule for my scheduled appointment. Called after appointment time was missed and waited on hold for over 30 minutes. Rep tells me that the appointment was cancelled the day before by Aptive and no notes were in their system. Rep was looking into why they cancelled and didn't inform me. While she was researching, the call disconnected. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I WILL BE CONTACTING OTHER COMPANIES. We had our first initial treatment today. Sean was out tech, he was super friendly and professional. He explained, everything he did and overall did a really good job. Thank you, Sean!
Mike was our technician he was very knowledgeable about the product and told exactly everything he was doing thanks Mike for everything. A super nice guy who always asked is there anything else I can do...…. thanks for getting rid of that big hornets nest as well...………… looking forward to next visit
