First time customer. So far, have had a good experience with them. The individual sent to us was named Leslie, and he was extremely knowledgable, courteous and professional. He went out of his way to explain what he was doing, and how we can manage our pest issues. Am likely to use this service again, as long as people like Leslie continue to be the ones coming.
Service occurs regularly and the notifications are helpful. Techs (my most recent was Frederick A.) are typically efficient and reasonably friendly. However, I've been less than impressed with the efficacy of the treatments (finding spider nests on my deck railing days after service, for example). I've been trying to pay a bill via phone (there is no online option) and have had zero success in reaching the company. Just switched from a bigger pest control company. I love the personalized service and the quality of people at Aptive. Robert performed our service today. He was very professional, thorough and friendly. Outstanding service! For a better price and with a better product then the big company.

I had another rep treat my home pest needs prior to Richard G******, Richard did an awesome job and went above and beyond. He checked in to make sure our dog wasn't loose in the backyard and also spoke to me about my concerns. Unfortunately he left before I could give him a bottle of water. Thank you Richard!! Can not get anyone to answer my call in Washington DC, nor will they call after your national number sends them urgent messages. After six days of trying, and five days of your own people trying, I must assume your company is out of business.

This company is a scam, their pest control service does nothing... even after staying in their one year contract and then canceling my account they continue to keep me on their spray schedule... I canceled in April of 2020 and the last two months they attempted to come and spray my property... they are scam artists and harassing... if you don’t check your email you’d be surprised they came back and sprayed
