Frustrated Customer. I have try to reach Houston's offices via phone msgs and messages via review portals such as this, for assistance for over two weeks and have not received a response. I am a first year customer and have seen increased problems with bugs at home which I had never had before. Gerald M**** did a really great job and was very professional and accommodating! I had issues with the accuracy of how the sales part of the organization presented the offer the day prior to service and let Gerald know my concern when he arrived.
