Omar was our service technician. He arrived on time and was very professional and explained what he was going to do. I highly recommend him and Aptive Environmental for pest control; however, I personally am not comfortable with signing a one year agreement, so I will be cancelling my agreement.

Richard C***** serviced my home today and did an excellent and thorough job, including moving various odds and ends on the property so that he could spray everywhere, which not all servicemen have done in the past. He also took the time to answer my questions about some bee activity I had been seeing near my window, and helpfully gave me information. I appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to be helpful.

What Service you might ask. I received an email from Aptive about ants. Guess what I saw ants at my garage door. I responded to the email and was scheduled for service this last Friday, 6-5-2020. A followup email was sent to confirm. I responded that yes, please come, before 9 or in the afternoon. We had a doctor's appointment. Well no one showed, so I tried the published number about 4:30, let it ring for 6minutes and then tried the website. I am a current customer and I have been trying to get a hold of anybody in the company for over two weeks to make an appointment. Nobody picks up the phone. I have tried calling many times and waited for 15 min at a time before hanging up. I have tried their online IM help. Each time the person tells me that they cant schedule and appointment but would have someone contact me. Nobody ever does! Im sure they will be happy to hit my credit card for their quarterly payment but I am unable get any of the service I am paying for!... read more
