Degerald P**** Serviced our home, he was nice and pleasant and sprayed around as we requested around various areas around the house. I do have a problem with ehat was communicated with the salesperson as he stated they would spray the outside 30ft from the house for pests, the technician said that was not part of the service...sounds descriptive so make sure all is noted In The contract; I will contact the company and verify and if not included I will definitely cancel.
Very reliable, and professional in all aspects; have never had a bad service. If I have needed a retreatment after scheduled service, I've never had any problem in the return service. Techs seem to be very personable and respectful.
John was my technician today. He asked me questions about my pest problems and was very happy to treat everything i told him about. He explained every treatment he used so he was sure I understood. He was as very professional and friendly. He did a super job!

Jerome arrived today (June 4, 2020) earlier than scheduled but called ahead to make sure it would be okay. He was very friendly and informative, and he was able to answer all of my questions about the available services and the products used. He wore a mask around me, which I greatly appreciated, and he completed the job quickly with no issues. Great job by Aptive for their first scheduled appointment at my home. The initial service was provided on the same day as signing up for their services. The service technician, Grant J*****, did an excellent job. He was able to answer all of my questions about their services provided. He also completed all of the scheduled services. Aptive is scheduled to return to my home within 30-40 days and I look forward to their next session in ensuring my home is free from insects.
Service Pro Khalil was very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service.
Mike W******* serviced our home today and was very polite and clear in his explanation of how he was going to treat the ant problem. He provided the need services efficiently and is five start quality. Eric B.
horrible customer service. treatments don't work. called repeatedly and can never speak to an actual Aptive person, always an answering service who can do nothing. I have asked to get ants and roaches treated in my home and the send a tech out 5 days after my call. they didn't even do the treatment that was scheduled! just did the standard quarterly that has not reduced ants or other insects at all.?? I can't even find how to cancel my service!! I would score zero stars but it doesnt allow for anything less than 1!!
