Very difficult to contact if there is a problem. I am charged more money than I agreed to when the salesperson came to the door & I am still having issues with ants, spiders & wasps. I have tried calling the area office several times & never get anything but the automated system & then put on hold.

Product seems to work for the most part and people that come out are usually friendly. Problem is that they NEVER live up to their promised window of time when they are scheduled to be out and sometimes dont even show on that same day. Always an excuse that an emergency came up. A Promise to be out in between service calls in case of an problem may take them a week to resolve problem. Oh, dont even try to call unless your willing to wait 13-19 minutes. Anthony H******* and his assistant, Zach, were polite and thorough in their explanation of the services they were providing today, as well as, the agreed upon cost of those services. Anthony, also, made a suggestion that no one else has made to a pest problem we have had for a couple of years. He left a sticky pad to help us id a tricky pest that leaves residue behind, but is never seen. Thanks, Anthony! Sydney P.

Quanzell was right on time and very polite and very professional. He cleaned ALL of the cobwebs from around my house and then did a very thorough job of putting all of the chemicals in all the areas he said he was going to do.

We have been pleased with Aptive so far. Today Tyler C. performed our service. He called when he arrived due to social distancing, asked if we were experiencing any areas of concern and told me what he would be doing. He asked where we wanted some traps and where we wanted him to spray. He was efficient and very polite. He reminded us to keep the animals inside until the treatment had dried. They have come out when requested and even rescheduled themselves when it was raining.

Our service rep Abraham M***** was on time and very helpful in getting our house sprayed - inside and out - as well as getting rid of the spider webs. Took the time and putting in the extra effort to take care of our issues. Thank you!
