John R did a great job of listening to my requests and completing the work quickly. He came back to let me know what he had done and made sure that he had gotten everything that I had requested. Would love to have him do future treatments!

I have been an Aptive customer since Dec 2019 and have been pleased with their service and quick response. As the changing weather leads to new issues with insects or pests around my home, Aptive technicians have come out to re-treat between quarterly treatments, at no additional cost. W. Hicks is the Aptive technician who has serviced my home on scheduled and re-service visits. He is not only professional, but he’s also friendly, helpful and always has a positive and upbeat attitude.

I had my initial service completed by Aptive. Outdoor treatment only during COVID-19 but I'm pleased with the level of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the technician, Devron.

The Aptive technician who performed our services, Antranett B*****, was excellent. She walked me through everything she was doing and educated me on the various insects in our yard as well as what to be careful for. She spent over two hours thoroughly servicing our yard. Antranett is a professional and very customer-focused employee. We were more than pleased with this service and will continue to do business with Aptive.

My family and I were on our back deck and a salesmen came walking through our backyard. My wife asked what he was doing and who he was and he started his sales pitch. We told him to leave and not come back. It is one thing to ring someone’s doorbell, but to walk in someone’s backyard is not okay.
