So far, so good. Adam G***** and his team mate was able to perform the "flush session" today. I had a lot of questions and they had a lot of answers as well. They didn't seem to mind that I was on their tail the whole time they were performing their job at my home. This is my first experience with Aptive and so far it's great. I'll have my next visit in about 30 days for another treatment. Thank you for the very positive experience!
The Service Professional who did our home, Javon, was right on time, inspected the entire exterior of our home, and then, very systematically, and carefully treated all areas, paying specific attention to the problem areas. He explained the procedures and products used, and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job of giving me complete explanations.
