The tech came and asked if I had any concerns, walk me through what he was going to do and what he was looking for , asked for any areas that I may have any issues with , answered all my question , said they were only a phone call away if any issues arised
The Aptive team is always very professional, thorough and on time. Jason Trocchia let me know he was arriving and would be performing the service, and also informed me once he was done. I have noticed a positive difference since Aptive Environmental has been spraying around the house on a regular basis.
I was tired of seeing stink bugs and spiders in my house. I tried store bought solutions and they worked... for a day or two. It’s been 5 days and I’ve seen 5 stink bugs... 4 dead and 1 dying. I used to see ten a day! I highly recommend this service.
A door to door salesman was sent in the rain, in a non-soliciting neighborhood during a quarantine without proper PPE. The salesman was told to leave and that it was non-soliciting neighborhood, but ignored the request and continued on coming back to my house for a second attempt later in the day. This company has not only put its employees in harm’s way but potential customers as well.

HORRIBLE AND SHAMEFUL. Company is sending sales reps door to door ignoring the current Covid-19 pandemic. They were wearing no masks, and totally unprofessional trying to step inside my home to show me his tablet. We have a no soliciting sign outside and they completely disregarded that. Extremely pushy and unnecessary. Once told no for the 3rd time the salesman turned around and ran away without saying anything. I will never use this company and I hope you don't either.
