This is our first treatment outside our house. Joshua Johnson did a great job in explaining things and was very professional. Looking forward to the results of getting rid of ants and bugs in and outside our house.

Denzel O**** came to our home this morning for a service appt with Aptive. Denzel is by far the best person who has serviced our home since we started a membership with Aptive almost two years ago. He called when he was arriving and asked about all the problem areas and what we have noticed before he started the treatment. He was very attentive - listens and communicates well. This company has absolutely NO regard for the health and safety of its young employees. Yesterday, in the Texas heat, 7 hours after knocking on my door to sell the insect prevention, the young man was resting outside a neighbors house, in the shade, suffering from obvious dehydration and heat exhaustion. The neighbor flagged me to come over. He had given him water after the young man was confused, not knowing where he was. Thanks to Jon C******* for great service! Unfortunately, Jon was met by my complaints about Sam H*****, the sales person who sold us the contract and misinformed us about details that Jon had to give further explanation about the terms of the contract. Sam made "promises" regarding our first appointment and did not follow through and deliberately mislead us about locking into a contract.
