Saul F***** was our technician today and he provided the best service yet. He was thorough and happily took care of all our requests. He took the time to remove all of the spider webs on the balcony and lawn furniture. A job well done!
In our current environment, we are being asked to do three things: 1) Social Distance. 2) Stay at Home unless you are an essential business or service. 3) If you need to go out use a mask to protect you and those around you. Yesterday, a salesperson from the pest control company Aptive came to our door trying to sell us on their services. I was absolutely appalled because this person would not keep his distance while talking to me nor was he wearing a face mask or any other type of protection. Javier C. Technician: Nathan D******** Nathan did a great job completely spraying the the foundation and the top of my two story house. I mention him that I had a bug problem in the pantry, and he was able to figure out exactly what the problem was. He was suppose to only do the outside of the house but took the time to come inside to take a look. He provided a bug trap that will help solve the issue. We were very grateful.
Grayson was very polite and thorough with his inspection and application.
Mrs. David B. The tech, Timothy B******, was very professional and very polite. He listened carefully to my concerns and did a thorough job. He advised me when he was finished and said to call Aptive if there were any issues. He deserves the extra payment.
Our technician Lawrence W. was vary personable and professional. I hope to see him again to treat our home. He did not, unfortunately, have the supplies to treat our home for mice. I was up charged for this service and it could not be completed. I am confident that this issue will be promptly rectified. I hope Lawrence W. will be the returning tech to complete the treatment as agreed on.
Jeff, our service tech, was very diligent and explained everything. Very reliable and prompt service.
Jacob arrived at my house, respected social distancing but listened to my concerns/issues I am having. He adjusted the approach and performed an exterior treatment and left me with bait stations for inside the house. Thank you for your support! -Chris Q
Brendan H******** came to my home yesterday and provided great service focusing on my ant situation around the foundation of my home and in the bulkhead entrance to my basement. I have seen ants coming in through my kitchen door off my deck and coming into my basement through the bulkhead doors. Thank you Brendan for taking such good care of my home and property.
