They were courteous and friendly on the phone. They go out of their way to help you to get the best package fit for you. The agent who came out was diligent, friendly and helped to explain the products. I am very pleased and will look to them first if I will have need of their services again and will recommend them to my family, friends and acquaintances.

I just signed up for Adaptive and so far I am impressed. The customer service is amazing. I have been informed of all the steps, the contract is straight forward and emailed to me to keep on file for clarification later on if needed. Chris showed up on time to do the service and did more than I asked and expected. I would highly recommend Adaptive for your pest control needs. Nice to find businesses ran with integrity. Tank did my sevice today and I couldn’t have been more pleased! He was conscientious, knowledgeable, sweet and kind even though we had to speak for a moment from very far away. He was respectful of keeping the distance which I appreciated and worked hard on the outside protection. He was excellent and I would be so happy to have him here every time. He had the biggest smile which just made me feel happy! I hope you know what a valuable employee he is. Thanks, Tank !!!

I just had my interior and exterior serviced on 5/15/2020 by Antranett B*****. She was amazing. Very kind, hard working individual. She did a very thorough job de-webbing and treating my home. I started having some issues in my house. Aptive scheduled and approved a special inside treatment due to COVID. Antranett investigated and double sprayed the inside. She found evidence of spiders. She recommended some things to do in the house and informed me to get a spider treatment. Aptive was able to get that schedule within a wee... read more

Aggressive and harassing people in the neighborhood. I told the man I was not interested and he continued to follow me back into my garage. I had to get in my car and slam the door shut to get him to leave me alone. He then proceeded to harass the neighbor’s lawn crew as they were trying to mow.

Horrible door-to-door sales tactics! They came into our town without permits or background checks and they were extremely rude. Several postings of them coming back multiple times after being told to leave, disrespectful of no solicitation signs on properties, very combative when told residents are not interested.
