I was very impressed with Joe when he came to service my house. He knocked on the door to let me know he was there for the quarterly service but also to ask if I had any specific concerns I would like him to address. Although I didn’t at the time I really appreciated him taking the time and effort to ask. Not only did he treat around my house but I saw him inspecting around my outdoor four-season porch as well. I appreciated the thorough service job as well as his politeness and professionalism.

The guys are super smart and help answer all my questions or concerns. They always make sure my gate is closed tight so my dogs won't get out. And make sure to check if I have anything else I needed. 10 outta 10 for customer service. Also the employees who you call in the office are super friendly and help to get our rats removed or another issues to have someone come out asap. The technician Angel was courteous, professional, friendly, informative and thorough. I was very impressed by her. She is an amazing representative Of the company. This is the kind of employee you want engaging with your customers. Made me feel good about my decision to place business with Aptive. I highly recommmend.

We are literally getting harassed by Aptive Salesman in our Frederick, MD neighborhood. Two days ago (and every single spring/summer for the past 3 years), salesmen ignore clearly visible “No Solicitation” signs, bang and knock on doors repeatedly (especially a nuisance with our young kids), and the most disturbing part is that they’ll reference our neighbors as customers, as if we don’t talk to them and know they’re not receiving pest services from Aptive. Hm, I feel like I was misled a bit. Granted, I have a large backyard but, it was not explained to me when signing up for the service, that they were not allowed to go further than 30 yds from the house. Therefore, one of my problem areas was not covered. On the good side, however, they were very prompt, courteous and I appreciated them sweeping the webs and wasp nests from the eaves of my house.
