My name is Nick N. Mike performed our initial service today. He showed up on time, dressed professionally and ready to work. He discussed everything he was going to do and did a great job. Making sure not to miss any eaves or bushes. Mike let me know when he was finished and reminded me that they would be back in 30 to 40 days to do the "first" service and that if I wanted them to spray inside, they would do it at no extra cost. Overall, very happy with this service and impressed by Mike's professionalism.

Susanne performed my initial service today. My house had been GPS tagged incorrectly so she had unfortunately done the work on an incorrect property first. She didn't let this affect the interaction with me or the quality of work done. Very professional.
Just received initial service but so far so good. The technician even came out to conduct the treatment in the rain.
Had our first application yesterday and was very satisfied. Philip E***** did a fine job and explained everything he was doing and why. He can return anytime to continue serving us. He was very thorough and pleasant. Now all we can do is hope it works!
Exterminator seemed Very friendly and knowledgeable when I asked him questions wasn’t looking over his shoulder name but I could tell he didn’t very friendly and knowledgeable when I asked him questions , Thank he went above and beyond keep up the good work

My technician, Carlos S******, was very polite and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and made sure to answer all my questions. I am very pleased with the service he provided.
Fred S**** was our technician. He was on time and so friendly. He knew what he was talking about and answered all of our questions and found even more things we didn't know we needed treated around our house. This was our first time having them out to our home but I have faith that all creatures and bugs will be taken care of by Fred.
