Jose L**** did a fantastic job. He asked me to tell him what pest I was most concerned with and what areas. He was very efficient in getting the job done. I would highly recommend.
I'm very disappointed and frustrated with this company. Do not use this company as they hire incompetent and unprofessional employees who do not know what they are doing. I've asked several times to speak to a manager to resolve my issue but the person that I spoke with on the phone always gave me the run around and I never did speak with a manager. Today, an Aptive salesperson knocked on my door in Lafayette. He stood there on my doorstep without a mask and tried to sell me their services. We are home on a Tuesday because I'm working from home and homeschooling my children during a pandemic, doing both at the same time so as to keep myself, my children and my students safe. Sending around salespeople who endanger ANYONE answering a door because said salesperson doesn't bother to wear a mask (which by the way is necessary in Boulder County) is terrible, terrible practic... read more
Our technician was Leo M******. He did a wonderful job of notifying us when he would be at our home and then rang the doorbell so we would be able to have time to bring in the animals and close doors. He took his time bringing down all of our spider webs before he actually started the treatment.

Lance M******* performed our service this morning for pest control. He was out promptly the next day as promised when we signed up. He knocked on the door to check with us about any issues we have had recently and then quickly got about his work. Very professional service from Lance. Chad M.
Courtney was our technician yesterday. He was very thorough in removing all of the spider webs from our home. Very respectful young man and we wish we could have Courtney every time.

Young Female Sales Rep sent out late, alone on a Friday night, came to our door after 8:30pm Disregarded the No Solicitation in our HOA, signs and the Hand Written DO NOT RING or knock on our door sign ( work from home) sign.
