Always a great experience with Aptive! Customer Service Reps are so friendly, thorough, and helpful. My recent service was specifically for wasp/hornets a couple months after my quarterly treatment. Aptive Tech Matthew C***** gave me a call for a heads up that he was only his way; while making the call he took a few minutes to help me understand the type of treatment being done. I appreciated being informed of the details. Several days later, after the treatment, the bee situation seems to have improved.

Salesman ignored the solicitation sign. His name is Trent. After my husband said we were not interested at this time, maybe further down the road. I will talk with my wife. Trent comes back to my home knocking on the door at 8:45 pm!!! Who does that? This is not only inappropriate, but scary at the same time because we told you we were not interested at the moment. Please stop!!!
My service agent, Dean, did an excellent job wiping away spider webs on the outside of the house. He also sprayed cracks and crevices. We haven't had any bug problems!
Jack Y. Our quarterly service today was conducted by Tomieray Grant. We had extra concerns due to recent rains and heat. Tomieray addressed them all and was very courteous.
Brandon from Aptiv came out for a re-treat of my home surroundings and was very professional! He wanted to know of our concerns and I also let him know of lots of wasp activity. He pointed out where he was spending extra time with spraying and what he was finding! Looking forward to my next appointment with Brandon, as I feel he better understands my home area now!
Philip N****** , with Aptive, did a great job. He was thorough but quiet. He was on the move from the minute he arrived. We barely knew he was there. Even the treatment was low odor.
