Jeff Sparks in Finance was very professional, helpful, and direct. The two clowns in Sales I worked with are another story. The first thing I said when we sat down to talk was that, whatever deal we made, I needed to pick up the new car after the holiday. I would be driving my old car for the weekend. The first sales guy was terrible but when I came back in he quote couldn't be available after making plans to be there I drove an hour they pawned me off to another guy Jonathan Diaz amazing service we'll go back every time and buy anything from that guy he bent over backwards to help me to get what I wanted get me in the vehicle I wanted gave me a loaner till my vehicle is ready outstanding customer service I just came in yesterday for new tires to be put on my truck and he saw me the lobby stops at chat with me for like a ... read more

EDIT: they have blocked me from commenting on their post or even liking them! They are trying to keep they’re horrible secrete of how pushy they are read my review . Extremely rude. High pressure sales, shady tactics, and lines like "thinking about it doesn't feed my son", even after i said i wasn't buying tonight. The sales department was second to none and no pressure at all!!! Financing was a breeze with no hassle at all. One of the easiest transactions I have ever experienced. Right truck for the right price.

Utterly disgusted with the way they treat people!!! Many lawsuits against this dealership should be filed for unethical practices. Mr. Mohr you should be ashamed at was has become of this place. Thieves is what your finance managers are, thieves I say!!!

I am writing this review because I am dissatisfied with Andy Mohr Ford. I bought a 2015 brand new Ford Fusion Hybrid SE from Andy Mohr in Plainfield Indiana. When I bought this car I bought an extended warranty because I was concerned about the hybrid components going bad. The warranty was for 125,000 miles and the finance guy that helped repeatedly confirmed that all hybrid components would be covered on the extended warranty. I wish I could give it less stars. Literally the shadiest dealership I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Our finance manager who we had been going back and forth with because he wouldn't submit the title paperwork, overnight"no longer worked there." Over a month went by without getting any tags. Spoke with the GM about the situation and he was completely useless as well, wouldn't do a thing to correct the situation. Save yourself the headache and go to literally any other dealership, you won't regret it.
