We initially had a good experience at Andy Mohr Ford. The salesman and finance manager were personable and helpful. However, after purchasing the car we had trouble before we could even drive it off the lot. When the tire pressure notification was triggered in the car, we took it to the service station at the dealership before leaving. We were given different messages about what would be done with the tire, whether it would be patched or replaced. Eventually the situation was resolved with 2 new tires. Kent Goldman is the best . He found me a great loan and was excited to tell me the interest rate he got me when I bought my new work truck way back in 2005 . I was a great rate too
I always take my car here for The Works package (oil changed tire to station, several different checks/inspection, and top off all fluids). They always do a good job. I had leased my vehicle through here, and just bought it. Pete & (I think his name was Jeff) who helped that day did a good job to get me a good rate on the vehicle as well as a comprehensive warranty. From this experi3nce, I would recommend Andy Mohr Ford.
Shady dealership wouldn't send my ex mother in law there.
