Stopped by Andy Mohr to look at a $52k pickup that was "In Stock" and "New" with 9 miles according to the internet. This is after emailing with Donna in the internet sales department, then her handing me off to Derek who never returned emails to communicate the pricing info. I figured I would just stop in and see what we could do in person. Once they found the vehicle it was actually an employees demo car with 4k miles on it and looked like it was being lived in. FORD F-150 Raptor DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP We drove to see a truck 400 miles away and filled out all the paperwork and gave all of our information to JEFF, the invoice guy, and he sent the invoice over to our banker WITHOUT showing us first. He put an extended warranty on the invoice without talking to us about it first and sent it to our banker thinking he will sign it and not show us. My daughter's 'change oil' light came on as we were heading on an 8 hour drive to take my daughter to college. We had recently had the oil changed but didn't want to have any issues once we got on the road. We took her car to Andy Mohr Ford (where we purchased it) and they got us in right away and resolved it all for us in just a matter of minutes. Really great customer service!

I do not recommend buying a vehicle here! Our experience has been an absolute nightmare. Our salesman (Asanti) was great but everyone else was horrible to deal with. The so called general manager (Cooper I believe is his name) laughed at me and said that once a vehicle goes to service after it is sold to them, that anything left in or on the vehicle is pretty much a free for all on who wants what. I went in for the Manager's 2 for 1 special. Took two cars in for oil changes and got one combined price ! My service person absolutely said NO it couldn't be done. When I emphasized the word COMBINED, it finally hit them that I was joking and was paying for each one ! They are my family !
