no return phone calls or emails from anyone regarding my concerns about the car I bought. Drove 3 hours to get this car. They only thing they want is for me to give a good review on their survey.
I just got an oil change. But the service people were nice and on spot. I'm pretty picky, so that will tell the people that know me something.
The day that I arrived I started walking around the lot and no salesman came up to me at all! But one sales man that was helping another couple did ask if anyone had help me? He gave me his buisines card and said that as soon as he got done taken care of the couple and if no one had help me he would! So I walked around for a hour. Nice experience, as I often have when getting car serviced at Andy Mohr Ford. Quick turn around got me on my way, helping me to get everything done, and have time to relax!
My wife and I worked with Jay to get a 2016 Rogue S. Awesome dude, no-nonsense and super friendly! We'd definitely buy from them again!
Went in for oil change was in and out in know time. Very nice employees we will be getting are oil changed there from now on.
After having an issue with my vehicle is was made right from an honest person. I will proudly recommend to my family who is in search for their next vehicle. A negative experience turned positive.
I had car in for service in June of 2016. Brought car in for same issue in April 2017 and they repaired the problem that day without an appointment. Exceptional service and thanks to Stacey Gregory for such prompt and professional help.
