Just purchased a 2016 Explorer from Andy Mohr.Ryan Mc Cloud was our Sales Consultant and looked after us so well and cannot say enough good things about his attention to detail.he also delivered the car to our from door and gave us a great tutorial on how everything works.Ryan is a credit to the dealership.thanks very much for helping us find the right car for our family.

Walked in looking at a 2010 Ford Fusion hybrid, got met by Doug Coello who showed us excellent customer service. After Cooper (ginger) worked the numbers, I was able to get a much better deal. Going home happy with a 2013 Ford Fusion, only 51k miles on it! Slick, black on black. Absolutely love it and all the technology inside it. THANK YOU DOUG & COOPER!!! (And Dewayne too for being the final sign and drive guy �)

They used the old bait and switch (which is illegal). I called about an older truck, they ran my credit. He next morning they said the truck went to auction but I was approved for another truck (double the price). A few days later I go in and test drive it and am agreeable but then I'm told the bank won't agree......mind you I was already told that I was approved for it. Now I'm approved for another truck that is $5000 more than the second one which was $8000 more than the first one. Now to prove they were using bait and swi... read more

Really displeased with our sales person's preparation and willingness to answer questions. After talking with the manager I quickly realized the attitude is systemic. Please don't go here, you can get the same price on a the same car somewhere else. Don't give your money to someone that makes you feel like your simple, yet important, questions and concerns aren't worth their time.

Terrible I turned my truck in Thursday for a coolant leak. They made me find my truck didn't pull it around for me. I've been trying to get a hold of some one since yesterday. I get my truck back and it's shaking really bad and I can't get a hold of anyone

Upon our return from Hawaii to 3 deg temps, car won't start. Had car towed to your shop around 5:30 pm. Replaced battery and had us on our way home.

Andy mohr ford was the most dishonest place and provided the worst buying experience I've ever had! After confirming with them very specifically that the car I wanted had all the options I needed, including AWD, I arrived to a much different story! Being that it was going to take me over 3 hours to get there I asked twice to confirm the car was available and everything stated online, I even sent my income Information, everything they needed to start the finance process.
