Well, for starters I don't consider our deal finished. Dave Davis was great. He made my husband feel at ease and hopeful to get financed even though our credit scores were shaky. He worked to get my husband just want he needed for his work truck. Dave understood our needs. First problem arose when the truck promised was no longer available for some unknown reason. We were dropped off by a Wrecker at Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield on Sunday afternoon.It was a return due to the fault of no one at the Dealership. One of the parts failed that was put in last year and because we had it repaired at a Dealership it was guaranteed parts and labor for 2 years.🙏. I had my car serviced there this past week, and I couldn't be happier with my entire experience. My power steering went out, and I was happy to know that it was still covered under my warranty. From me calling in a panic about what I assumed would be an expensive repair to picking up my car after the repair was done, I had an amazing experience with every person at Andy Mohr. I talked to Jennifer for the last week about a car I was interested in, she knew I was coming this morning to see the car, Drove for over an hour only to find out that the car was sold!. She never contacted me to save me the drive up there, But she had no trouble all week to make sure I was coming. My guess to try to sell me a different car. I wouldn't buy a car from them now if they sold me a new one for a $1. It was very disrespectful and very unprofessional. I was so disappointed I really wanted this car

Our salesman ALEX BUKER was the BEST! Very patient with me ( no easy task) treated me like i was spending a million bucks ! Everyone else was nice too. I would recommend talking to ALEX for any and all your vehicle needs, no matter how small or large! He will do you right and honest !!

Had Lincoln Corporate refer me here for a RADIO unit that had a feedback issue with static so loud it would burst ear drums. I live in Franklin IN so took it to Ray Skillman Dealership, they pulled apart and diagnosed this issue as a bad radio and amplifier, but Lincoln wouldn't honor their diagnosis so sent me here. Would give negative If I could. Found a used car with a noise. Told if they fixed noise I would buy. They agreed on the price and did paperwork and I gave a deposit. Called back and said they would have to raise the price if they fixed it, but would take less than original price if I would would take with the noise, that the noise wasn't anything bad.
