Horrible experience. Jennifer told my husband she could work our numbers, we drove over an hour on our daughters 9th birthday to be told that our numbers weren't realistic when we told her what we were working with. Major WASTE OF TIME.

Since I never received a survey, I just wanted to make a shout out to tom ziss! He did a great job and even though we had a few issues after buying our truck, he's been more than helpful with getting those things done! We still are waiting on some parts but haven't had an issue yet! Thanks tom! Do not go to Plainfield to get recall work done.. 8hrs later only one door latch fixed... what a joke. Give me tje parts ill do it myself

Felt high pressured and almost bullied into buying a vehicle by the salesman here today. Ive never felt that way until today. I've bought a few vehicles from Andy mohr Ford in Plainfield and today's experience is making me want to take my business to another dealership.

terrible experience, would not recommend this place alone for their lack of knowledge for the brand. have never been so poorly treated as I was here. halfway through my test drive, we were pulled over by police, and the man from Andy Mohr, who was clearly uncomfortable, claimed that i had been acting suspiciously. i was hauled off to jail, and all the man had to do was tell them i was test driving the car. when i went to complain the next day about his conduct, one of the staff called me a "sand Ni**er". needless to say i wi... read more

ya boi went in here to visit sam purvis, renowned lube technitian. the boul told me he'll hav my engine fixed up in no time. next thin ya kno sam was tellin ya boi that he got ahh special type of lube for me nd that he'll fix ya boi right up. nigga straight skurrred the shit out ahh me. i went on his facebook nd it turn out he on ahh group where people buy pizza for young women that send them naked pictures. disgustin.
