Worst business dealings I've ever had. horrible customer service. poor professionalism. I bought two trucks in a.week one which I've had a month and it's spent three weeks in service. I picked it up and it's still not running right. and they don't honor.their warranties

Back in May, after one failed "software upgrade" on our Focus' defective transmission, they told us they needed a couple months to get parts in so they could physically fix it. I gave them a couple months, took the car in and they replaced NO parts. Took the car a few days to begin acting up again. Within a couple months, it became undrivable. Guess what? Very upset I was in for an oil change & filter, no one told me I was going to be charged 59.99 for labor, a simple oil change costed me 95 dollars. I will never bring my vehicle here every again.....freaking rip off!!!

The entire staff exudes professionalism and class like no other Ive ever been in..
