Went in. Dropped off my truck. They gave me a ride to get something to eat. Came back, got my truck and went home...Then everything went crazy, but it had nothing to do with Andy Mohr...
I just bought a 2012 Ford Fiesta this past Saturday and for my first car buying experience, everything went great! I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car right now. I also must mention that Billy was excellent! He made the car buying experience fun and easy going while still being a genuine all around great sales man. I will definitely be back in the future.
Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation first thing in the am. I was probably 3rd in line when i got there still took over an hour.ok with the work done. Dissapointed with the length of time it took with an appointment.
The guy I dealt with, Doug Coello, was great. He knew everything about the car he sold me. He was down to earth and a lot more truthful than the average car salesman. Ask for him. He stays in contact with me and recently wished me happy birthday. I'm glad I gave Andy Mohr Ford a chance.
Never had a bit of trouble with either new car that I purchased from there. Brock, from the service department, was fantastic. I even got a hug from Steve, one of the lube guys. �

Came to an agreement late in the evening on a Monday. They told me I could do the paper work but may have to come in and resign some stuff the next day. They Offered to let me take home the new truck but i decided since mine had all of my stuff in it still that I would take mine home. The next day I came in to do the paperwork and for some reason they said what we worked out wasn't going to work and they tried to tack an extra $5,500 dollars on.
