I just bought a 2016 ford fusion Saturday August 13th 2016. My last fusion I bought from andy Mohr and i will never buy a s where else. They got the job done and ours salesman Andrew was GREAT!!!!!

Purchased a certified pre-owned 2013 Taurus SHO. After the first heavy rain we had I found out the sunroof leaked. Took into service, who called me the next day staying the car was fixed. Picked the car up. Next big rain, leaked again. Took it back, they supposedly really fixed the problem. Leak once again, brought back and service finally decided that some pieces were missing from the sunroof which caused the leak. Sunroof finally doesn't leak, but now my headliner is water stained and a piece is still missing on my sunroof... read more
In my experience with the service department I have always appreciated their willingness to make sure I get the service required to keep my investment in excellent condition. However with that being said, some of the service writers/technicians are not paying attention to detail and has cost me time on the front end of things... the positive out of all that is they always correct any errors and at the end of the headache that makes it worth coming back to give them another chance to keep me and my F150 rolling and continue t... read more
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Job was finished in a timely manner.
I was disappointed that I had an appointment, for a oil change and tire rotation, and it took over 1 1/2 hours. Drove across town, got there 15 minutes early. If I hadn't went looking to see what was taking so long, then seeing my truck sitting outside I'm not sure how much longer I would have waited. I not sure if I'll go back unless I have warranty issues. Almost half a day shot, had to change my plans for other stuff.
This is Cheri's husband. The sensor for the tire pressure came on and believing that the warranty was still extended, my wife brought in the Ford Fussion to you for servicing. I was out of state when she did this. She left with the car sensor light now off but $232 lighter in the wallet. This seems excessive. It appears that she was charged retail for the sensor and then two hours of labor to put it in. This is not a hard task or a lengthy one. I am sorry that she brought it in to you.
Great Experience with Andy Mohr Ford. Huge selection of vehicles !! The customer service was SECOND TO NONE !!! Shout out to Terry Currie for making my first at experience at Andy Mohr a memorable one !! Will definitely be back and spreading the word to the southern half of Indiana !!
