I dropped by for a quick oil change. My service rep said I only had 1 person ahead of me. After patiently waiting 2 hours I noticed my vehicle parked off to the side. I asked what was going on and after another 15 minutes of conferring they told me it hadn't been serviced. I asked for my keys and left. It's totally unacceptable that a service tech completely loses track of your vehicle. I will never visit this dealership again and strongly suggest others do likewise if you value your time at all.

Andy Mohr Ford has always treated me right. I have bought three cars from Andy Mohr Ford. Their mechanics are very knowledgeable and perform prompt dependable service. When I drive away from Andy Mohr, I know my car has been properly serviced.

Bought a used 2007 Chevy Cobalt. One month after buying the brakes needed to be replaced, after three months the battery was having issues and had to replace as it had gotten so low that it actually froze over in November; battery issues again in March and found out it's because of the "GPS" locator the bank had them install and it was drawing power when the car was off. Andy Mohr claimed they couldn't fix or touch it without the approval of the bank, contacted the bank and they said Andy Mohr is responsible for all repairs ... read more

Hello, I arrived for my appointment this morning, which was scheduled for 9am. I had received a confirmation email and text this morning. I thought all was good, However upon arriving I wasn't even in the computer for an appointment! I thought being able to schedule a time online would be convenient, however I now have to take another day off work to make it back in next month, since you are booked over two weeks out. I didn't buy a vehicle there but almost did until I talked a salesman about the extravagant sales they had going on, this is what I got as a respond "we don't really give out those deals, it just an advertisement to get people into the door".. "but i will try to get you a good deal"...what the heck!!! Wasted about 2 hours. I walked out with a thought that the ads, the sales, the TV commercials and the company was a scam. All I wanted was a f150 crew cab!!! I hope management will read this and respond to my experience.
