This delaer believes in screwing deals up left and right my wife and i went in to buy a car and traded ours in.they showed us a car and then later said you cant have it you have to have this one of which we have had nothing but problems with. Everytime its a different excuse. Not to mention we had a co signer and when we got there they had taken my wife off of it and didnt tell us and we drove all the way from whiteland. I have always taken my vehicles back to the dealer for service (over 10 years) and find that they do an excellent job. Only once did a sales person treat me rudely but it was taken care of immediately and has never happened again. Bob is great to work with but we go back at dealerships before Andy Mohr was open. The other service agents are great as well but I am partial to Bob. Thanks for a great job, again!
The finance staff worked hard to get the deal done they were great. My salesman not so much the vehicle does not have sync or it doesn't work that was important to me. Also had to find him and ask him to fill it up when the deal was done. Also have to find clips for the plate he taped it in the back window and I actually got a warning from the police said it wasn't visible enough. Went to look at a couple cars today. Chris Poe was so helpful I bought the first one he showed me and got a hell of a deal on it. Scott Gardner also helped make it happen. Truly awesome group over there!!
