Service is decent, but very slow. Go somewhere else if you don't have a lot of patience or time! 2+ hours for an oil change is a bit excessive.

I had an oil change and tires rotated. The service lady was Trisha Young, she was very helpful and nice and got the job down in a timely manner. Thank you Trisha!

They are a joke. Don't purchase anything from them. They sell you nice looking cars that are broken down..and have you sign papers stating they will fix the issues and always find a way out of it. If I didn't have a baby on the way maybe I would of thought twice, but I didn't and bought a car from them anyway and now have to think twice before getting into it.

My first time to buy a ford bought it Apr 30,2015 already in for a recall been to service department 3 times one for recall two for door lock/unlock not working correctly Their Service Department stinks!!!! Told me 1-1/2 hrs to fix the lock issue... I've been here over 3 hrs and still waiting....and I had to check on the status of my car it would be nice if they could keep you informed I'll still have to see if the lock issue if fixed I have my doubts at this point May be the last ford I buy or at least from this dealer.

I have always received good service from this dealership. However, this time was different...I received GREAT service! Shannon Barry was my salesperson, and she worked with me on my lunch breaks and had me into a beautiful new car within 2 days!
