I recently bought a 2006 Ford F-250 in February since then my truck has broken down 6 times had to have a whole new engine put it it and had to have a new 4 wheel drive air system put in it tried to take truck back to renegotiate on a different vehicle they let me take a 2005 f-250 turbo diesel home and went back to finalize paper work and the manager that was working that day made me give the truck back and made me drive my broken f-250 home one of the most stressful most miserable experiences of my life

Had a TERRIBLE experience at ANDY MOHR in Plainfield In. Saw a car we wanted to buy and had a blue book value of 3800 in good condition. When asked what we wanted we said we wanted to leave w/tax, title at 4000 cash they came back with 4250 but our total with tax and title was 5175 I don't know if they thought we were stupid or what finally left for 4500 tax etc (which was the advertised price for the car)drove it home 50 minutes from their dealership On mon (1 day later & we had not driven it since we got it home) 10 minute... read more
Brand new vehicle, problem discovered before delivery was completed - yet going on three weeks and not 'fixed'. Made second trip to service, parts ordered - not sure when parts will be available for repairing. Not entirely the service section that is to blame, but Andy Mo has certainly gone down in my book. Sales also isn't doing anything to expedite the repairs, that I am aware of. Another issue where no one wants to accept responsibility and step forward to make a buyer really appreciate the dealer activity.
Terrible..... Drove 2+ hours to buy a car cash in hand, and they pulled the vehicle around covered in mud. The inside was filthy with French fries and hair! For 25 thousand I would think they would have at least washed it. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere!
Dave Roby was excellent in making sure that we found what we wanted. Everything went ver smoothly. Everyone who we dealt with was ver professional. Great Experience.
Crap .. I'm feed up I suggest everyone go to someone else to get a vehicle they said they fixed my transmission but not needs to be rebuilt again . . Time to file a lawsuit and contact the BBB. I'm done
