My husband and I bought a used van from Any Mohr at the beginning of the year. He has already wrote a review on it so be sure to read Adam Bennett's review and this one. Just wanted to let Andy Mohr's potential customers know that we bought a used van for over $6,000 and have more issues than you would ever imagine. Financed a 2005 ford explorer almost 2 years ago. Tried to trade it in to find out it has frame damage and should have never been sold through a dealership considering no one disclosed this information when I purchased it. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone and will never finance another vehicals through andy mohr ever again!
Andrew Bartlett was most helpful with reasonalbe knowledge car product. Andrew Bartlett is a fine young man, responsive to your thoughts and cares to understand your car needs. Andrew Bartlett let's me the customer express what I want. Andrew Bartlett was polite and courteous at all times.
Terrible place!!!!! Never buy a car from them or have a car fixed. They suck.
We came in because my son was looking for a new car. Several times, I asked the salesman, Jaymes T, if the credit check was a soft credit check and each time he told me yes. Come to find out later that he lied and it was hard check. Honesty is important to me in business dealings. If you're going to lie to me, then I can't do business with you.
ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB, BEEN BUYING CARS AND TRUCKS THERE SINCE 2007, HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, AND I BUY A NEW VEHICLE ABOUT EVERY 2 YEARS!!!
This is a terrible company! I feel like I was taken advantage of! I was overcharged for a vehicle that had none of the features that I was promised; and no one there wants to make it right! They won't even return my phone calls! I have to keep calling them only to get run around and brushed aside! Avoid Andy Mohr like the plague!

I originally had given them five stars when I was told they would reimburse me for repairs to a used van that had stopped running one hour after purchase. Now I am told they won't reimburse me because it wasn't covered under their 4000 mile warranty even though there were no exclusions on the warranty. I cannot imagine them not doing the right thing.
