Place really sucks. I bought a new F150 there and the purchasing manager was kind of rude but for some reason I dealt with it while signing my life away on a new truck. The real problem is after sales service. The service department is a joke. My truck hasn't had any problems but Andy Mohr will screw up general services like oil change and tire rotation. They once tried to charge me extra labor for an oil change because it took the guy a long time. There's stories after stories but just steer clear is tge bottom line.

Highly recommend Chris Newgent, our sales guy! He did an awesome job during our purchase of a 2010 GMC Terrain. We had a few issues in the beginning and he was quick and professional getting them taken care of along with Shannon the GM at the budget center. Both were very professional and let us know that we came first and that they would do anything to make sure I was happy with my vehicle. Received great service like always. And, the customer service guy I would like to thank. I have a bad knee and I ask if I could get my inside front and back windows cleaned and I would pay for it and he actually took care of that himself. The Taurus I have now is the 4th one I have bought from this location, way before it was Andy Mohr Ford. I have always had great service and good luck with my Taurus's . Thanks

First time buyer from Andy Mohr, had a great shopping expirence! Ed Smith was very attentive to me and went beyond to help me find my vehicle. Willy Pineda was also very helpful did a great job at staying in contact and making sure everything was good. I would defiantly recommend and will be coming back!

The "Service department" is a joke and they are so incredibly rude that I was left shaking mad after speaking with one man.(I think his name was Bill). I called them because he was telling my partner that the rotors weren't machined after whomever changed the brakes, she told them that we had not had any brake work done on the vehicle and that its the same as when she bought it from them. Worst places to buy a used vehicle. Service shop is a joke. They don't kno shit about how to work on cars.And then when you call to complain they pass you around and around and nothing gets done.

they had me in and out the same day, I thought it was a bit pricey but the service was very good i'am sure I will return for my next service
