I just Purchased a 2014 Edge Limited, my contact there is Steve Crossen who I appreciated not being an aggressive salesman. He offered anything that I wanted, within reason of course. :-) Not use to buying new in the automobile field, because of the cost. This was a big expense for me and I am sure if I have any problems I can contact Steve and he will assist me. I am very happy with my decision on what type of universal automobile I got. This has been the worst buying experience of our lives because of Andy Mohr Ford. We purchased a van from Andy Mohr Ford! Three days after purchase the rear brakes went out. Andy Mohr agreed to pay half of the repair. We live two hours away from here so we took it locally. They explained to us that the brakes were completely corroded and that there were pins missing on both sides. They said this would have been an easy catch if the brakes were actually inspected. Nice job, you blew the deal, she had cash money and you pulled the oldest stunt in the book...you said you would pulled it off to have to have it serviced ready to go when she got there and she calls to let you know she would be there at a certain time....oh yeah well I went to check on it and it was sold by another dealer...OLDEST trick in the book....your loss.
My boyfriend bought a certified pre-owned vehicle three months ago and took it through the car wash recently and soap suds leaked through the top of the windshield at the seal. Then he found out the windshield had been replaced by the previous owner. Of course the warranty does not cover glass but when Andy mohr was notified and asked to fix it, they brushed us off. That vehicle should have never left the lot without an inspection and a car wash to show the issue in the first place. There is no reason anyone should pay over ... read more
Warning !!! Salesman LC Baker... I bought a 2011 Mustang GT, great car! It has a few issues , but the service department is taking great care of me, can't say the same about my salesman. I called and ask to buy back my trade , i decided to give it toy daughter and was told I could . When I got there my salesman LC Baker raised the price $250, then he dropped it down to $200 over my trade in price. The service department is great , but stay away from the salesman LC Baker!!!! I took my 2002 Escape in today to have a recall repaired. When I picked up my truck a few hours later, I was put off by the strong smell of cigarette smoke in my truck. I am not a smoker as I am severely asthmatic. I thought that maybe it was just from the clothes of the service person who worked on my truck, thinking surely the smell would wear off.
