my review with Andy was great , in and out on a Saturday, got Oil change, and got a quote on getting door handle fix which I'm getting done next , great service
I had an oil change Monday and was in and out in a half hour. The staff was cordial and helpful in every way.

Worst service experience ever. Said they could fix my car so made an appointment. Ordered the part and dropped it off when it came in. The next day came to pick it up and turns out they couldn't fix my car and they never even called. I wasted 2 trips and was without my car. All Chris Iskander could say was "Sorry." And they didn't even put it back together they way they got it. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY DON'T EVEN OFFER TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.
Chris Newgent and Shannon Buck absolutely amazing customer service and helping us along the way we left as overly satisfied customers with a new f150 would recommend andy mohr to anyone and don't forget the ask for Chris or Shannon because I promise your will get honest sales and hard work to get you in the vehicle you want :)
Got approved for a truck at the same time they sold it out from under me. Got a call from the salesperson "I have good news and bad news, we got you approved but we sold the truck to someone else" worst customer service I have ever seen, definitely do not buy your vehicles from here!!
