I have purchased three new vehicles with Andy Mohr Ford over the last 7 years. Each experience has been great. Courteous, answers questions, follow up phone calls with how my experience was. They work with my busy schedule. Staff approaches to see if I have been helped. Offer discounts and first time free oil change. No complaints here.
Thanks to Mr. Chris Poe for getting me set up in a car. He was a great help, and made my experience great. I will definitely be back to get another car when that day comes! I suggest you give them a shot. They are willing to work to get you in a car! Tell them I sent you!
A HUGE thank you to the service team here! We were in Indianapolis for a meeting and had someone try to steal our exhaust system. Had the truck towed to service and we're leaving very satisfied customers in less than the 3 hour quoted time and less than the quoted price! Amazing staff, amazing service!!

I've always had good experiences here; service staff gets me in & out for the oil changes quickly, and this week was no different when I showed up early evening. (I think Brock is getting to know me as a "regular" -- recalling I already had the tires rotated the last time so didn't need it this time round.) I value this type of personalized customer service, and the service team's attention to detail to make sure my ride is running at its best.
I've bought 3 cars from here. The one I just bought a week ago has a cracked windshield from the heat inside the car being turned on and it being cold outside. They told me they won't replace it, that I have to pay for a new windshield out of pocket even though my car has a warranty. They harrased me about getting a copy of my id that they had already taken 2 copies of at 2 different locations. Seemed kind of odd to me.
