We bought a new 2014 F-150 4X4 here and had the Best experience there and we get all service done there. Today I took it in for an oil change and even took in my GSD puppy and everyone was very friendly and helpful and even allowed my puppy to go in with me. We will continue to take our business to Andy Mohr Ford for many years to come. Satisfied Customers.
Bought a new car here a few years back, which was a fair to poor experience. Since then, servicing the vehicle at this location has been terrible. Very slow, even when performing a simple, scheduled service such as an oil change, often giving inaccurate estimates of time during scheduling and then adding on several hours once I actually arrive for the appoirntment, repeatedly do not conduct basic vehicle checks (when it is included in the service paid for AND specifically requested), leaving low coolant levels, underinflated... read more
My husband and I purchased recently two Ford Fusions from Andy Mohr Ford. Our sales rep, Hector was great to work with. He listened to the details of what kind of vehicle we wanted to purchase and delivered exactly what was asked. Hector went the extra mile to make sure we had a good working relation. The finance staff, Jeff, was attentive and informational. Jeff worked with the finance company to obtain the best rate as possible. The detail shop's effort was terrible and disappointing.
Great experience for the first time buying a truck the sales guy was very helpful. the finance was quick and easy as well as the young lady who showed me all the cool things about the truck I got. thank you everyone for the help
