The people that are giving this place 5 stars must either work here or know someone personally that does. This was the worst experience I've ever had looking to buy a new car, so I went somewhere else and had THE BEST EXPERIENCE! Turns out Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield has a bad rep everywhere, even out in Greenwood Indiana. Lol. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had too.... don't even walk in this place!
After some complications with my vehicle I was pleased with how the manager, Dan Wood, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks Dan for providing excellent customer service!
We had a great experience! I will look here first next time we are looking for a vehicle. We live 2 hours away but our experience and purchase were definitely worth it!!! Thank you to our salesman Phil!!
Bought a used truck, had tires placed on truck. After having tires put on notice a slight vibration. Took truck back and tires were placed on wrong And was advised I have 3 bent rims! I have only had the truck 3 weeks! I am positive the sold me a 25k truck with bent rims, I am just so sick over this!!! Don't buy used!!!!

Excellent service, vehicle selection, service department, and staff!!!
Bought used with a warranty and it's been nothing but a nightmare trying to get the work done. In total, 4 trips there and back and fear it may be more. Customer aftercare is part of car sales. This place needs work.

Dropped my car off for what I thought I was getting were 2 recalls (transmission & safety belt), an oil change, and tire rotation. When I was called that my car was ready, I get there and they say my car won't start-even though they also had to move it out of the garage themselves.
