Andy Mohr Ford pretty much was a joke Cooper used car manager needs to attend a few actions to get real world prices not kkb numbers on high mileage cars with known issues. Salesman David is a young pup and needs better manors as a person and get the conartist mindset fixed. Now as for Derek Bailey at the budget center Andy Mohr needs to have him train them young pups on how to sale cars being honest sales better for return buyers.
Great experience Justin was very friendly and made us feel at ease about buying another car and I would recommend Andy Mohr Ford for anybody that's buying another car. And my 2013 Ford Escape is just what I wanted. Okay done
Drove from Ky to do a dealer trade........ although I got there before they opened at 8:30, I went through the service department and was met by a young lady that helped me through the trade and left by 8:30. Great experience.
NEVER EVER EVER go here. They use slimy sale techiniques to keep you hostage in a deal. The "I need you to speak to my manager so they can harrass you about making this deal" ethic is strong here.... I waited an hour and a half (while they held on to my keys, "for trade apraisal"), for them to run my credit 11 TIMES.... YES.. 11 TIMES !!! Not once did they ask me if that was ok to run it that many timrs. Not once did they tell me what was going on. My husband and I went to AMF last wkend to look at a Red 2012 Dodge Ram. We loved it. The sales guy looked at our trade in and showed us a paper that said it was only worth $1800 when you KBB says it's worth about $3500 and Ray Skillman has offered $3500.. On Friday morning 10/13/17 I was on AMF website there is a value your trade feature on there and it said 3200 to 3400. I . called my sales guy back I took a picture of that and texted it to him.
