They can’t program the key to work for our room door so we can’t let ourselves into the room. She instead used the master and showed us in body language to use the safety latch to prop it open when we want to go out. He said something that my husband couldn’t understand fully but he understood that the man was saying something about the hot and cold water. BEWARE UNETHICAL MANAGEMENT! I never stayed at this hotel but I was still charged $892.08. They allowed their guest to use my credit card number without a physical card or ID to match and knew full well the card did not belong them. When I called to speak with the managers, Annie and Kevin, they admitted they knew the card did not belong to the guest. They said they were still in possession of the guests belongings and credit card but it didn't work so they used mine instead. They were both incredibly rude and aggressive and... read more

This is the dirtiest place ever! I had a 2 bed room and 1 bed had urine in it. I tried to address the issues with that thin hair Paul Patel and he was extremely rude?????? do not ?? I repeat do not ?? stay there.

Terrible customer service. Family owned. They live there. I was literally screamed at twice... Probably more. Telling me "I have no brain...am I ******* stupid." In my face constantly. Already reported to BBB. Have not stopped shaking. Extremely traumatic. Did not sleep. We are still trying to get our money back because I refuse to stay

I have had a terrible experience with Red Lion. My original trip was cancelled last year due to the pandemic, so just a few months ago the trip was back on so I booked my hotel and was ready to move to flights. The day I go to book flights, I want to make sure my reservation still matches and that everything is set....I spend the next 20 minutes searching the red lion site, looking for contact information, and finding NOTHING about the hotel or booking. This hotel is a complete and total disaster. When I went to check in, I found a passed out drunk man on the lobby couch and a very obvious hooker standing inside the door (!) The lobby was very dirty, and they had one staff member at a make-shift, totally unprofessional desk who made me wait for 15 minutes to check in. Because I was disgusted by the lobby, I asked to see the room, which had ONLY a bed in it and a very small chest of drawers about 3 feet high by 1 foot wide. America Best Value manager ***** is hostile and disrespectful. He threatened me when I told him that I will report him. I made a reservation online. He refused to allow me to check in. I told him that I had paid with the online reservation and that I will call them back and tell them that he would not let me in. He wanted me to tell them that I canceled. I only gave this disgusting place 1 star because I had to in order to write this review. Exterior: The one place in Idaho that has actual trash on the ground. No visible staff cleaning up the trash from the ground. No sense of pride for their businesses. Crack head hallucinating while sitting on the side walk. An obvious hooker waiting for some business.
