Red lion inn and suites in *********** *********** was uninhabitable. Mold was in the room, dirty socks beside the bed, bugs crawling on the light fixtures in bathroom and the shower stopped up and didnt drain. The occupants a couple rooms down were facing the same problems. The Indian man at the front desk flat out didnt care and turned a blind eye to the complaint. Do not ever stay here, youd be better off sleeping in your car!!!!

The Americas Best Value Inn should be uninhabitable. A over night trip to ****** with group of friends -Purchased 3** different rooms, not one of them as a fire alarm, they were all torn down, water stains on the ceilings, the walls where literally coming apart, the ceilings where falling in, the bedding was stained and uncleaned, the second story window to one of our rooms was wide open, the ac was busted, the dresser was literally missing the drawers, BLACK MOLD, BED BUGSSS--- IN ALL THREE ROOMS. How can u book a hotel room when you have no water? First day had no water. TV didn't work, .maintenance never came, and front desk didn't seem to care. Woke up next morning to no hot water. Basically told to deal. Will NEVER deal with this company again. My compensation was I can check out at noon instead of 11am .

Knights Inn in ****** ** is horriblethey dont clean the roomswe requested clean towels and comforter and they claim they could not find anythey also claim they had no cleaning supplies so our room has not been clean since Monday and here it is Wednesday. I have been dealing with the Knights Inn since December 2021. They refuse to issue a refund for 5 nights. I accidentally booked a room for 6 nights through a booking agent. I was shopping around looking for a room for my homeless son to stay in and somehow accidentally booked this room. As soon as I realized my mistake I contacted the hotel. It took me several calls to finally reach someone on the phone. When I was finally able to speak to someone they were rude, unhelpful and lacked empathy. I stayed at a location in ********** *********** after traveling 8 hours only to find a dirty room with bug in the bed dirty linen toilet and tube was very dirty after bringing multiple videos to the front desk clerk and being told I would be refunded and being placed in another dirty room I must say a lil cleaner the manager tells me they dont have bugs and he can not refund me I would not recommend that hotel to my worst enemy Im very disappointed in my stay

This hotel is horrible do t stay there I went to get a room gave them my id and credit card they came back said I couldnt stay there but they ran my card even though they told me I couldn't stay there, and I kept asking them why did u run my card then if I couldn't stay there they couldn't give me an answer. They are un professional and there customer service is really bad.

This place doesn't deserve to have there doors open, the lady named ***** is very rude to 95% of the guest that come there to stay a the other 5% that the men she's made offers with sexual favors she's made deal's for sexual favors because she's an angry bitter alcoholic and it seems the less alcohol she has or the worst the DTs are that she is experiencing the worst her guests are treated and strong armed and bullied.
