They charged me 400 extra dollars. Terrible place. Nasty breakfast. They said I had a pet in my room cause of alleged pet hair when theres no way I had a pet. I live in ********* and I was on my way back home from Yellowstone with my friends. Theres no reason I would bring a pet with 5 people in a 5 person car. Even if I did bring a pet it said on the website its 35 per pet for up charge so it shouldnt have been 400. **** was the worker and when I tried contacting me she kept acting rude and I instantly got my number blocked... read more

DIRTY ROOMS! Un-responsive management! Had to call HOTWIRE before we were even offered a different room; which turned out to be just as dirty! Got a refund from HOTWIRE and went elsewhere. Unfortunately; it turned out to be owned by the same people. Even thought this SAYS it is a **************; a property search shows owners here in ******** and it appears that they own 4 motels in the area.

I stayed here more times than this place deserved. I went to the hotel for work purposes. First day an employee walked into the room while i was sleeping (happened about once a week). The curtains were dirty along with the floor. Some rooms lights didnt work, and the air conditioner for one of the rooms leaked on half of the floor. I notified the attendant, but didnt want to cause a stir so I said I didnt need to change rooms. They stole $169.99 from me and are privately owned which is typically a red flag.corporate owned lodging options are typically much safer. Avoid this place at all costs just read the ****** reviews. They are thieves.

American Best Value Inn and Suites hotel in ****** ********* was utterly disgusting! Don't stay there we checked in got up to our room no towels in our room then when we looked at the bed there was hair on the bed comforter and yellow stains all over the sheets! We went downstairs to complain and the receptionist told me to take the sheets of the bed and they would get washed and she would give me clean sheets so I could make the bed myself! For the amount of money you spend on the room you should be able to get a clean room... read more

My Aunt and my Grandmother are on their way here from *********. To help them out I tried to book a room for them. I called the front desk to verify the price for a room with 2 beds and he told me the price then hung up on me. I then called back because I needed to know if the indoor pool was in service due to my Aunt having Lupus and this helps her. The man then said no its closed. Stay away from this hotel. They run a scam of taking your deposit by lying about false damage. Offering no proof, they refused my refund of $70.
