Worst hotle I've ever checked into. The lady that gave me the room is so rude and not just to me but everyone that was trying to check in the same day. Did nothing but smoke and yelled at costumers. She also lit a fire in the trash can outside because she threw a cigarette bud in there. One other the customer put it out for her. The room i gor was dirty, the AC works but was falling apart and was held up together with duck tape. TV doesn't work. The bath tub was infested with ants. This company has no way to talk to. Someone the phone, and the experiance I had with the Red Lion Inn & Suites in Redding, CA was a nightmare. It was raining and two seperate rooms had water dripping through the ceiling, and the third room we were moved to had a broken chair. The employee at the desk was extremely rude, and even though she checked us out, my credit card was charged.
