I will never buy from this company again! I purchased two bedroom sets and a sofa. When the furniture company came not only did the driver run my mailbox over, he didn’t have my bed set, or the rest of the pieces for my daughters bedroom! I was assured they would be coming right back with it. I got a call 6 hours later that they would not be able to come back because they got a flat. American Freight has now cancelled two orders. Torrence location said the washer/dryer set is no longer available and then said they can't deliver over 50 miles. Online it allows delivery for $170 which I was going to pay. If there is a 50 mile rule, they should make it clear. I think they just don't want to drive to deliver and when they saw it was 55 miles, suddenly both items become "unavailable". I now have thousands of pending charges on my card that could take weeks to process.

The absolute fraud of their advertising is amazing. Their pictures posted online show what they describe as a “like new” stove with no damage. The actual stove that is on the Naperville IL *** ** showroom floor looks like it was thrown down a flight of stairs. Dents and even rust! The salesperson said they have “no control” over the online ad? This is 100% fraudulent advertising.
