I will never again do business with this company. I was told I had six months to pay for the washer and dryer I financed from them, but once the contract was signed they told me it was three months. Now a year later I'm still paying at $250.00 monthly and my balance has yet to move. I'm going to file a complaint with consumer rights and find out what can be done about this. I feel your taking advantage of hard working people!!!!

I purchased a stackable washer/dryer from JT at the South Blvd location in December and paid for the installation, upon bringing the unit upstairs, there was a great deal of damage done to my home including scrapes, dings, holes and completely ripped off floor molding from the corner and also ripped my carpet. When I reported the damage to the delivery people, I was advised that mngmnt would file a claim to cover the damages and that I would be contacted near the end of the week.
